AVAILABILITY:

We usually have 1 piece of sweaters at anamé.store. If the sweater is not available, we will order it and deliver it within 7 days.

CARE OF ALPACA SWEATER:

Alpaca products do not require frequent washing, as wool and mohair regenerate themselves. If the sweater is not really dirty, just air it out or clean it lightly. 
Alpaca almost does not shed, it usually sheds hair from the beginning, this is a natural process, not a defect. Yarns with admixtures shed less hair, often the color also plays a role.
We recommend tapping before each use. You can also take a lux with a suitable attachment and gently remove excess hair. After a while, shedding of hair stops completely.
Wash mohair sweaters only in the wool cycle, at low temperatures of no more than 20-30 degrees, or by hand. When washing by hand, pay attention to the temperature of the water, which should be cold. Soak the mohair for a maximum of 15 minutes and use a special detergent for wool. After washing, rinse in clean water and wring out carefully. Dry mohair sweaters spread out on a towel draped over the dryer in a horizontal position.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN If the size doesn’t fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that made-to-measure items cannot be returned, but rest assured, the two fittings included in the process ensure a perfect fit.
