EXCHANGE AND RETURN If the size doesn’t fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that made-to-measure items cannot be returned, but rest assured, the two fittings included in the process ensure a perfect fit.

SLOW FASHION Each product is individually crafted by our seamstress Nataly for a specific customer based on their measurements. We embrace Slow Fashion, which encourages thoughtful consumption by focusing on quality, timeless pieces that will remain in your wardrobe for many seasons. Every item is produced using sustainable practices. We are a small, eco-conscious brand that produces each collection in limited quantities, minimizing waste and valuing your time and ours. ADJUSTMENTS
Tailoring of this dress, such as a slight change of cut, is possible for a 20% surcharge.
Minor adjustments such as shortening the length of the dress or shortening the sleeves are included in the price.

If you’ve purchased a backordered item along with one that’s in stock, both will be shipped together when they’re ready. If you prefer separate shipments,
please place separate orders.
STYLING SERVICE If you love our style and want to refresh your wardrobe, we offer a personal styling service by appointment. To book, please call 777 066 702. This ensures we can dedicate time to assist you in choosing the perfect pieces. Our full styling service includes outfit selection—lingerie, jewelry, and shoes—for CZK 4,000. You’ll receive personalized attention from our lead designer, Andrea Eichinger.
