CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Before the season: You should give your coat a professional cleaning at least once a year, ideally after and before the season, even though the coat looks clean and doesn't smell musty. If the material allows it, the dry cleaner will also impregnate it against water and dirt, so investing in cleaning before the season pays off.
Daily coat care: Every day you go out wearing a coat, you shouldn't immediately put it back in your wardrobe when you get home. It is recommended to hang the coat, even with a hanger, on a coat hanger or closet door and let it air out for at least an hour. The strong material from which the coat is made absorbs air humidity and your sweat.
How to clean a dirty coat? With normal wear, it happens that the hem of the coat gets dirt, hair sticks to your shoulder, and pet hair also gets caught. A sticky roller has proven itself for hair and hair, with which you can quickly remove everything. Allow the mud to dry and gently brush away. If the dirt is resistant, you'd better go to the dry cleaners with your coat right away. Lints sometimes form on woolen fabric, only a lint remover works for them.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN If the size doesn’t fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that made-to-measure items cannot be returned, but rest assured, the two fittings included in the process ensure a perfect fit.
